“I used Hotel Momcierge for babysitting... and loved the service. I only mention it here because it may come handy to you. Probably it's a good time to mention that everything I have mentioned and posted here are purely, solely and utterly my personal opinions and experiences and none was sponsored in any form or way... ” (February 2016)

"Founded by a Turkish-American mother and travel writer, the innovative Hotel Momcierge provides multilingual babysitters, rental equipment for babies and children, airport transfers, family tour guides, and even photographers for families traveling in Istanbul. Hotel Momcierge’s motto is ‘giving parents a break’ and, seeing as it has partnered with over 50 hotels around Istanbul and Bodrum, it’s easy to see how this great resource can offer traveling parents some much-needed help and relaxation!" Louis Vuitton City Guide

Hotel Momcierge is honored to have been chosen to be featured in the 'Concierge Please' section in the first-ever Louis Vuitton City Guide dedicated exclusively to Istanbul.

"Hotel Momcierge takes care of everything on your arrival and departure. During your stay, whatever you need—advice on where to go, child-friendly hotel and restaurant reservations, rooms properly equipped for looking after baby, with cot, highchair, plastic bath, changing table and bottle warmer—Sevil has it covered. Hoping for a romantic evening? Sevil will find a babysitter who speaks your language and can suggest one of the city’s most romantic restaurants." (excerpt from Louis Vuitton City Guide Istanbul 2015)

Monocle 24 radio, 'The Entrepreneurs'

"A glance at any airport lounge reveals one thing: travelling with children can be onerous. The sheer amount of apparatus parents have in tow can resemble a military manoeuvre, and arriving at a foreign destination with a child often throws up hurdles hotels can't manage. These are all observations travel journalist Sevil Delin made when she had a child. She found that on trips even the most exclusive hotels often lacked the wherewithal to cater for children. That's where the idea for her business, Hotel Momcierge, came. Delin's model provides concierge services for parents in her hometown of Istanbul. The services are aimed at business clients too: mothers travelling with children. Sophie Grove met up with Sevil at her home in Cihangir to find out more."

Excerpt: "I thought, wouldn't it be great if I arrived in a hotel and the steriliser was waiting in the room, and I'd already booked the nanny, and I'd chosen her from a list, and I knew her name, and I knew her background, and if my kids could be safe and secure but I could also enjoy my vacation and have a break...So I decided we needed somebody to be a Momcierge." (Sevil Delin)
